If you have enabled Print Templates for purchase orders, the system does not use this option.
Use this option to select the format for purchase orders printed from your system. When you choose the PO printing format option, the system shows the following menu:
PO printing format Current Value: Multiple titles 1 > Multi Titles on One Form, 8.5x11 or A4 paper, Portrait 2 > Standard PO Form -- Laser Printer, Landscape 3 > Standard PO Form -- Tractor-Feed Printer 4 > Standard PO Form -- Non-Latin Characters, Laser Printer, Landscape 5 > Single Title, Portrait(data printed as on standard form) 6 > Return to Acquisitions Menu Choose one: (1-6)
Choose a format from this list. The various formats are described below.
1 > Multi Titles on One Form -- prints multiple titles on a single purchase order in the portrait orientation. This option supports both 8.5 x 11 or A4 paper. Note that you can only use this option with a Local Printer. For information on how the titles are sorted on the purchase order, see Printing Purchase Orders.
2 > Standard PO Form, Laser -- prints a single title per page in the landscape orientation. This format uses the standard purchase order forms on a laser printer.
3 > Standard PO Form, Tractor-Feed -- prints a single title per form on continuous-feed paper. This format uses the standard purchase order forms on a wide-carriage, tractor-feed printer.
4 > Standard PO Form, Non-Latin Characters -- prints a single title per page in the landscape orientation. This format uses the standard purchase order forms on a laser printer. Choose this option if your library prints a lot of purchase orders using non-Latin character sets. Note that this option requires printer setup.
5 > Single Title, Portrait -- prints a single title per purchase order in the portrait orientation. This option prints data in the same format as the standard form, but on either 8.5 x 11 or A4 paper.
