Using Saved Reports
You can view, edit, and run your saved reports on the My Reports tab. For information about saving report parameters, see Save report parameters.
You can perform the following actions from the My Reports tab:
- Select one or more report types to view a list of your saved reports.
- Run a saved report.
- Schedule saved reports to run automatically.
- Edit a saved report.
- Delete a saved report.
- Make your reports available to other staff members. See Publish saved reports to the Polaris shortcut bar.
- Automatically email a published report from Reporting Services.
- Use Advanced Publishing to publish a custom report.
- Create a record set from a saved or scheduled report.
