Customizing Telephony Messages

If you use computer-generated SAPI voice messages for outbound or inbound telephony, the system converts message text stored in the Polaris database to speech. You can customize the stored message text with the Polaris Language Editor, and the system automatically generates new .wav files for the customized messages. You can also adjust the pronunciation of individual words for each SAPI voice you use.
