INN-Reach Title Reports
The INN-Reach Title report is drawn from data located on the INN-Reach Central Server. The report is produced on the Central Server, but any local agency can access the data and report when authorized by the Central Server Administrator. The report helps libraries monitor their collection usage and patron borrowing from other collections through INN-Reach. For more information about creating the Titles report, see

Report Elements
The Title report includes the following elements:
Title
Data from the MARC 245 (Title) field in the central bibliographic record. This data is formatted as a hyperlink to the bibliographic record on the INN-Reach Central Server.
Author
Data from the MARC 100 (Author) field in the central bibliographic record.
Imprint
Data from the MARC 260 (Imprint) or 264 (Production, Publication, Distribution, Manufacture, and Copyright Notice) field in the central bibliographic record. If both are present in the record, the MARC 260 field is used.
Edition
Data from the MARC 250 (Edition) field in the central bibliographic record.
Publication Year
Data from subfield $c of the MARC 260 (Imprint) or 264 (Production, Publication, Distribution, Manufacture, and Copyright Notice) field in the central bibliographic record. If both are present in the record, the MARC 260 field is used.
ISN
Data from the MARC 020 (ISBN) or 022 (ISSN) field in the central bibliographic record.
Call Number
Data from the appropriate MARC call number field (LC, Dewey, SuDoc, Local, NLM, or UDC) in the central bibliographic record.
Item Call Number
Subfield |e of the i949 field, which represents the holding that was used for the request; found in the holding's associated institution record.
Filling Agency
The owning site that filled the request.
Item Location
The location to which the requested item belongs.
Shelving Location
The local shelving location to which the requested item belongs.
Pickup Location
The pickup location requested by the patron.
Patron Type
The central patron type of the requesting patron.
Patron Number
(Optional) The patron record number. To include this optional number in the Titles report, ask your Central System Administrator to contact Innovative. Report Output Formats
You can output the report as an Excel file or as a Bib Records file.
If you select the Excel output option, you can open, edit, and save the Excel file. This output format also provides bar graphs for the following statistics:
Year of PublicationA bar graph representing the number of requests by publication year.Item LocationA bar graph representing the number of requests by item location.Pickup LocationA bar graph representing the number of requests by patrons' pickup location.Patron TypeA bar graph representing the number of requests by patron types. The Patron type is updated according to the mapping of patron type values available on the Central Server.Filling AgencyA bar graph representing the number of requests each agency filled.Borrowing AgencyA bar graph representing the number of requests each agency requested. If you select the Bib Records File option, the report is saved to your local server as a boolspecial file.You can use Sierra's Create Lists function to select and copy the file.
