INN-Reach Returned Too Long Reports
The Returned Too Long report lists of all of the INN-Reach items on your Local Server that have been returned to the owning site, but that have not changed status in more than the specified number of days (for example, the owning site has not checked in the items). For more information about creating the Returned Too Long Report, see Creating Returned Too Long Reports.
The Returned Too Long report includes the following elements:
- Item Location
- The code and name of the item's owning site.
- Call # or Barcode
- The barcode and call number of the returned item. (You can switch between the two fields by choosing the toggle icon.)
- Title
- The title of the returned item.
- Home Library
- The patron's home library.
- Patron #
- The real patron record number of the patron for whom the item was returned.
- Returned Date
- The date the item status was changed to '%' (RETURNED).
