INN-Reach Received Too Long Reports
The Received Too Long report lists of all of the items that have been received at your Local Server for INN-Reach circulation loan, but that have not changed status in more than the specified number of days (for example, the requesting patrons have not checked out the items). For more information on creating this report, see Creating Received Too Long Reports.
The Received Too Long report includes the following elements:
- Item Location
- The code and name of the item's owning site.
- Call # or Barcode
- The barcode and call number of the item. (You can switch between the two fields by choosing the toggle icon.)
- Title
- The title of the item.
- Home Library
- The patron's home library.
- Patron #
- The real patron record number of the requesting patron.
- Received Date
- The date the item status was changed to '#' (RECEIVED).
