ArticleReach Journal Title Reports

Statistical information on ArticleReach requests is retained, by default, for a period of 18 months. This time period can be configured for your INN-Reach System. To change the length of time that statistics are retained, Central System Administrators should contact Innovative.

The Journal Title report lists your patrons' requests during a specified time period for articles in journals owned by other sites in the ArticleReach System. This report can be useful in copyright compliance and in measuring demand for serials resources. For information about creating this report, see Creating an ArticleReach Journal Report.

Note that requests placed on the current day (that is, placed at any time after 12:00 a.m. of the day on which you are generating the report) are not included in the report.

Journal Title
The title of the serial in which a requested article was published.

Nonstandard Data in Start Page and End Page Columns

The Start Page and End Page columns in the Journal Title report display data as it is stored in the request record. The data in the request record reflects the data submitted via the ArticleReach request form. As such, the data might reflect nonstandard values entered by a patron or transmitted by a link resolver. For example, a patron might enter a value of "1-22" as starting page and an additional value of "120" as ending page.
