Alternate ID Email Notification Form

This form defines the content of the notification email generated by the system when patrons change the alternate ID value in the patron record. This form uses the following tokens:
| Token | Description |
|---|---|
| <!--{name}--> | The system replaces this token with the name field from the patron record. |
| <!--{user_name}--> | The system replaces this token with the new alternate ID for the patron record. |
You can create separate custom forms for each combination of language and scope by using the following naming convention:
alternateid_LANG_s#.html
| LANG | The language code (spi for Spanish, frc for French, etc.). |
| s# | The number of the scope (s1, s2, s3, etc.). |
