Sorting Lists

In Mobile Worklists, you can change the sort order of the lists on the My Lists screen. Your sort order is preserved the next time you sign into the app using the same username and password. The sort option is user-specific so that other Mobile Worklists users who share the device can set their own sorting options for the My Lists screen.

To sort the lists on the My Lists screen:

1. Tap to view the sort options.
2. Tap one of the following sort options:
   • Sort by Name - The initial default sort is ascending.
   • Sort by Date - When the lists are sorted by date (the last time the list was updated), the initial sort order is descending with the latest date first and the earliest date last.
   • Sort by Item Count - The initial default sort is ascending.

To reverse the sort order, tap the chosen sort option a second time.
