Moving Items from One List to Another

In Mobile Worklists, you can move one or more items from a list by selecting entries in the list, or you can move a single item from the Item Detail screen.

To move items from a list to a new or existing list:

1. On the My Lists screen, tap the list from which you want to move items.
2. From the list of items, select one or multiple items you want to move:
   • To move a single item from the list, swipe left on the item and tap Move.
   • To move multiple items from the list:
     1. Tap Edit to enable item selection.
     2. Tap the items to select them.
     3. Tap .
     4. Tap Move [number] items to confirm the move.

3. From the resulting Select a List screen, identify the destination list by doing one of the following.
   • To move the items to a new list:
     1. Tap Create a new list.
     2. Tap Move. The Name Your List screen appears.
     3. Type the list name, and click OK.
   • To move the items to an existing list:
     1. Tap the existing list to which you want to move the items.
     2. Tap Move.

The items are moved from the source list to the new or existing destination list.

To move a single item from the Item Detail screen:

1. Tap .
2. From the resulting Select a List screen, identify the destination list by doing one of the following.
   • To move the item to a new list:
     1. Tap Create a new list.
     2. Tap Move. The Name Your List screen appears.
     3. Type the list name, and click OK.
   • To move the item to an existing list:
     1. Tap the existing list to which you want to move the item.
     2. Tap Move.

The item is moved from the source list to the new or existing destination list.
