Flagging Items for Follow-Up

In Mobile Worklists, you can mark items with a star icon so that you can easily return to them for follow-up. The items remain "starred" when you log back into Mobile Worklists and open the same list, but the stars will not appear for other Mobile Worklists users. You can mark items with a star from either the list of items or from the Item Detail screen.

To flag items with a star from the list of items:

1. From the My Lists screen, tap the row identifying the list with the items to flag.

2. From the resulting list of items, select one or more items to flag.

   • To flag a single item in the list, swipe right on the item and tap Star. A yellow star icon appears next to the item.
   • To flag multiple items from the list:
     1. Tap Edit to enable item selection.
     2. Tap the items to flag.
     3. Tap .
     4. Tap Star [number] items. A star appears next to each flagged item.

To flag a single item from the Item Detail screen:

1. Tap .
2. Tap Star item. A star appears next to the item.

To remove the stars from items you have flagged for follow-up:

1. From the My Lists screen, tap the row identifying the list with the starred items.

2. From the resulting list of items, select one or more starred items.

   • To remove the star from a single item in the list, swipe right on a starred item and tap Unstar. The star no longer appears next to the item.
   • To remove the star from multiple items in the list:
     1. Tap Edit to enable item selection.
     2. Tap the starred items for which you want to remove the star.
     3. Tap .
     4. Tap Unstar [number] items. The stars no longer appear next to the items.

To remove a star from a single item from the Item Detail screen:

1. Tap .
2. Tap Unstar item. The star no longer appears next to the item.
