Editing Lists

To edit an existing list in Mobile Worklists, you can:

Adding Items

To add items to the list:

From the My Lists screen, tap the row that identifies the list you want to edit. The items in the list appear.
Tap the barcode icon to enter a barcode. The Scan screen appears and the device's camera becomes active for scanning.
Do one of the following:
- To scan a barcode using the camera, align the red line with the barcode. If the camera has a light, you can toggle it off and on by tapping the lightbulb icon.The barcode must appear completely within the framed screen area.
- To scan an RFID tag, tap the RFID button in the upper-right corner, and hold your device near the item.
- To enter a barcode manually, tap the keyboard icon. You can either enter the barcode number using the keyboard or tap the microphone icon to enter a barcode verbally if Apple's Siri or Android's TalkBack functionality is enabled for your device.

The app captures the barcode and checks with your Sierra platform for matching item information.

You can remove items from a list by:

To remove one or more items from the list:

From the My Lists screen, tap the row that identifies the list you want to edit. The items in the list appear.
From the list of items, select one or multiple items for deletion:
- To remove a single item from the list, swipe left on the item and tap Delete. The item is removed from the list.
- To remove multiple items from the list:
  1. Tap Edit to enable item selection.
  2. Tap the items to remove from the list.
  3. Tap .
  4. Tap Delete [number] items. The items are removed from the list.
  5. Tap Done to exit edit mode.

To remove a single item from the Item Detail screen:

Tap .
Tap Delete Item. The item is removed from the list, and the list of items appears.
