Viewing INN-Reach Transactions by Site
Institutional Checkout Statistics
The Transaction by Site report displays the number of institutional checkouts both from your library and to your library during the specified time period. An institutional checkout occurs when an owning site checks out a requested item to the requesting patron's site. Specifically, this report counts the number of '201', '702', and '801' transactions sent by or received by your Local Server during the specified time period. To view INN-Reach circulation statistics by site:
- Choose the Trans by SITE option under the INN-Reach Circ submenu.
- Choose one of the options in the DATE RANGE submenu:
- Choose Submit. The system displays the INN-Reach circulation data according to the parameters you specified.
Date Range: Yesterday
The Date Range: Yesterday report displays the number of checkouts on the previous day.
Date Range: DBY (Day Before Yesterday)
The Date Range: DBY report displays the number of checkouts two days before the current date.
Date Range: Month to Date
The Date Range: Month to Date report displays the number of checkouts in the month to date.
Date Range: Year to Date
The Date Range: Year to Date report displays the number of checkouts in the year to date.
Date Range: User Specified Date
Choose the STARTING and ENDING month from the options displayed, and then choose the Submit Query button.
The Date Range: User Specified Date report displays the number of checkouts in the month and year specified in the previous menu.
Date Range: Last Month
The Date Range: Last Month report displays the number of checkouts in the previous month.
