Setting Up Automatic Patron Request Processing
Setting up automatic patron request processing requires contacting Innovative for assistance. The setup consists of the following steps:
- Complete the Enable Automatic Request Processing service commitment form on Innovative's Customer Supportal.
- Innovative sets up the request rule file or you can edit this file with Advanced System Access and Administration. See Rules for Requesting for more information.
- Define the REQUEST Web option for requesting in the WebPAC.
- Set the patron request parameters, as desired.
- Once all of the above steps are completed, Innovative turns on automatic patron request processing.
