Setting Up Automatic Patron Request Processing

Setting up automatic patron request processing requires contacting Innovative for assistance. The setup consists of the following steps:

  1. Complete the Enable Automatic Request Processing service commitment form on Innovative's Customer Supportal.
  2. Innovative sets up the request rule file or you can edit this file with Advanced System Access and Administration. See Rules for Requesting for more information.
  3. Define the REQUEST Web option for requesting in the WebPAC.
  4. Set the patron request parameters, as desired.
  5. Once all of the above steps are completed, Innovative turns on automatic patron request processing.
