Viewing Order Information

The WebPAC displays order information in the bibliographic full record display.

Conditions For Display of Order Information

Order information displays in WebPAC if there is an order date in the ODATE field of an order record. If there is no order date in the ODATE field, then WebPAC automatically suppresses the order display.

You can suppress display of order information in WebPAC with the SHOWOREC Web option. If you do not use the SHOWOREC Web option, WebPAC suppresses display of order records if any of the following conditions are true:

• There are unsuppressed item or checkin records attached to the bibliographic record.
• There is a date in the bib record's CAT DATE field.
• If there is a value of 'c' in the bibliographic record's BCODE3 field. The system uses value 'c' to suppress order record display in the public catalog.
