Transferring Files in Web Master

You can transfer files to and from your Innovative system by using the following methods:

Get PC—Retrieves a file from the local PC.
Put PC—Sends a file to the local PC.

Web Master can access directories defined by the processes listed in the Admin App.

Uploading Sample Web Options (wwwoptions) Files

Web Master does not retrieve or send files without the appropriate extension. To upload a sample Web Options (wwwoptions) file acquired from CSDirect, see Using the Sample Web Options File.

Getting Files

This function loads files onto the Innovative server from a remote source.

To get files from your local PC, do the following:

Choose Get PC.
Navigate to the appropriate directory and select the file(s) you want to transfer from the local PC to the system.
You can select multiple files by using the Shift and Ctrl keys (Ctrl key on Mac).
Choose Upload.

Putting Files

This function transfers files from the Innovative server to a remote source.

To put files to a local PC, do the following:

Select the output file in the Web Master file list.
Choose Put PC.
Navigate to the directory where you want to put the file and choose Save.
