Printing Monographic Labels Using a Label Printer

You can print monographic labels in the edit display or summary display of item records.

To print monographic labels using a label printer:

1. Choose Tools | Print Monographic Label. The Modify Monographic Labels dialog box appears.
2. (Optional) Choose the Test Print button to print a label of 'x' characters and verify the alignment.
3. (Optional) Edit the labels.
4. (Optional) If your system is set up to print labels to a continuous feed label printer, choose Align Paper to align the paper in the printer.
5. Choose Print to print the labels.
