Deleting PAID Fields

Sierra Acquisitions enables you to delete PAID fields that were paid prior to the date set in the Allow payments made before what date to be deleted Acquisitions Option.

Before deleting PAID fields, you can export them in Create Lists. After exporting the data, you can open the file from your workstation using the application of your choice. See Exporting PAID Fields for more information.

To delete PAID fields:

  1. Open the order record in which you want to delete PAID fields using the Sierra editor.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Right-click on the line for the payment you want to delete. Select Delete from the menu that appears.
  4. Choose Save and exit the record.
