Copying Authority Records

If you are copying an authority record, you can save the new record as a title authority, a subject authority, or an author authority. Choose the type of authority from the submenu under the Edit | Copy Record menu option. Your choices are:

Copy as TITLE Authority
Copy as SUBJECT Authority
Copy as AUTHOR Authority
