Accessing Functions

You must have the correct permissions to enter some functions. The system evaluates your permissions when you choose a function.

The functions that you access in a session depend on the:

settings for your login
functions available on your system

To change the function, do one of the following:

Choose Go | <Application> | <Function name>
Choose a function from the drop down Function list.

Functions can be listed in differing order in the Go menu and Function drop-down list. The Go menu groups functions by application. The Function drop-down list presents functions arranged according to workflows (if workflows are used in your library).
