Formatting Dates on Circulation Notices
By default, notice dates on all circulation notices contain both the date and time, with a shortened form of the year (e.g., 07-21-10 05:00 PM).
You can request one of the following format options for all your library's circulation notices:
Date Format | For Example: |
---|---|
Date and time, using the short form of the year (the default option) | 07-21-10 05:00 PM |
Date and time, using the full-length form of the year | 07-21-2010 05:00 PM |
Date only, using the short form of the year | 07-21-10 |
Date only, using the full-length form of the year | 07-21-2010 |

Time Always Prints on Hourly Overdue Notices
The system automatically prints the time as well as the date on hourly overdue notices, even if the date format on circulation notices is set to display the date only at your library.
