Possible Messages (Notifying ILL Patrons)

This section describes some of the messages that you might see when you attempt to notify an ILL patron.

Unable to send message try again.

ILL was unable to email the patron the message.

The message was not sent. The receiver's email address was not set.

You need to specify where ILL should email your message.

The operation was cancelled.

You chose not to send the patron a message.
