Checking In an Item that Has Messages
If there is a code in the item record's IMESSAGE fixed-length field, the code's message displays when you check in the item.
In addition, if the item record contains one or more MESSAGE variable-length fields, the first (i.e., topmost) MESSAGE field displays upon checkin. If the Show All Messages feature is enabled at your library, the system displays all item record MESSAGE fields.

Checkin item?
To print this message and the item's record number, choose Print This Message. To check in the item without printing the message, choose Yes. To continue without checking in the item, choose No.
