Using ArticleReach Rapid Checkin

If you are checking in multiple articles for which you intend to use the same delivery method and patron notification settings, you can use the ArticleReach Rapid Checkin feature to check the articles in with fewer steps than standard checkin.

To use the ArticleReach Rapid Checkin feature:

1. Choose Checkin Requests from the Function list.
2. Choose your delivery method and patron notification settings.
3. Enter the request ID in the Request ID box.
4. Press the <Enter> key.

If you are using the URL or Other delivery method, the system prompts you to enter additional information before performing the checkin. You must specify a URL or specify another delivery method.

If you are using any other delivery methods, the system checks in the article without further prompting.
