Blocking URLs
You can exclude URLs from being tested by the URL Checker by adding the URL or a portion of the URL to the URL Block list. The block list can have up to 500 entries. To add a URL to the list, select URL Block from the Admin menu.
Partial URLs
You do not have to enter a full URL in the URL Block list. You can enter a partial URL or other value to exclude from the URL Checker report. For example, you can enter strings such as "innovative", "innovative.com", or "innovative.com/html/products" to exclude any URL that contains the string specified.
In the URL Block list window, you can choose from the following toolbar actions:
Append |
Choose Append to add a new URL to the end of the block list. |
Save |
Choose Save to all changes to the block list. |
Delete |
Choose Delete to delete the currently selected URL from the list. |
Copy |
Choose copy to copy the currently selected URL from the list. After you duplicate the URL, you can it. |
Insert |
Choose Insert to add a URL to the block list on a new row above the currently selected row. |
Edit |
Choose Edit to edit the currently selected URL. |
Move |
Choose Move to move the currently selected URL(s) to a new position in the list. |

Choose Print to print the list of blocked URLs. |
Close |
Choose Close to close the URL Block window. |
Choose Tools | Find | Find in any cell to find a string in your URL Block list. Enter a string for which you want to search and choose OK. You also can find additional instances of a string in the URL Block list by choosing Find Next from the Tools | Find menu.
When you finish working in the URL Block window, choose Save to retain your changes or Close to discard your changes and exit.
