Administering Funds Settings
The settings menu for Funds contains settings options for fund adjustment and fiscal closing in Sierra Acquisitions. The following options are available.
Options for Fund Adjustment
- Display Form Tool in Fund Adjustment
- Select this check box to specify whether the Form Tool appears when you edit a fund table. See Changing Appropriations, Encumbrances, and Expenditures in the Fund Adjustment Table for more information.
Options for Fiscal Close
- Do Statistics in Fiscal Close
- Select this check box to be able to run a statistics report during fiscal close. See Creating Statistical Reports in Fiscal Close for more information.
- Do Management Report in Fiscal Close
- Select this check box to be able to run a management report during fiscal close. See Creating Statistical Reports in Fiscal Close for more information.
- Do Vendor Statistics in Fiscal Close
- Select this check box to be able to run a vendor statistics report during fiscal close. See Creating Statistical Reports in Fiscal Close for more information.
Options for Fund Activity Report
- Number of funds to load per page
- Enter the number of funds to load per page for Fund Activity Reports. The maximum value is "100".
