Summary box: Use menu of attachments

When this option is set to "YES", and the menu of attachments for a record includes at least two link types, the system displays the menu of attachments in the full record display for that record. A link type must have a menu line before it is included in the menu of attachments (see Summary box: Define menu of attachments).

If a menu line is included in the menu of attachments, the system does not offer the "corresponding" menu option which would otherwise appear at the bottom of the full record display.

When this option is set to "NO", the next three options are assigned the value "N/A".
