Pocket Label
Use this option to specify the fields to print on the monographic pocket label. Specify the fields in the same way as for spine labels (see the discussion of 1 > Fields to print on label); however, for pocket labels, the call number (if it is included in the list of fields to print) is always printed horizontally on one line. The period before the Cutter number always prints. If your library does not wish to print pocket labels, press Enter without entering any fields.
Fields to print on Monograph pocket label: 1 > Library Name 2 > Location (branch) name, spelled out 3 > AUTHOR from BIBLIOGRAPHIC record 4 > CALL NO. from ITEM record (if found), else CALL NO. from BIBLIOGRAPHIC record 5 > Copy number (ITEM record), prefixed with 'c.' 6 > TITLE from BIBLIOGRAPHIC record Width of Label: 8 characters (lines wider than this will wrap) Height of Label: 12 lines NOTE: For call numbers, a new line is always started at a space or subfield delimiter ___________________________________________________________________________ Key a number or D > DELETE a field I > INSERT a field R > RETURN to previous menu Choose one (1-6,D,I,R)
