Offer limit to AVAILABLE in submenu for Extended Volume/Copies

If there are more than 20 volumes/copies of a title, WebPAC offers a Limit to Available menu in the browse screen.

If you choose "YES", WebPAC offers this option; if you choose "NO", WebPAC does not offer this option.

Note that this functionality requires additional setup to display in WebPAC.
