Fines/Bills: Charge fines for days closed

This option determines whether or not the system includes days that the library is closed when calculating an overdue period.

If this option is set to "YES", the system includes days that the library is closed when calculating an overdue period.

If this option is set to "NO", the system excludes days that the library is closed when calculating an overdue period.
