Authorization required to view checked out items for patron

The library may separately password the ability to view the items checked out to a patron.

If this option is set to "YES," a user must be authorized for permission 167 ("View items checked out to a patron") to view a patron's checked out items. Without this authorization, the user can view a patron's overdue or held items only.

If this option is set to "NO," then no additional authorization is required to view checked out items.
