Fund Activity report shows YTD appro history

This option allows you to specify whether appropriation transactions are retained in the Payment History file when the Fund Activity Report is run. If this option is enabled, the system also offers the option to save the appropriation history when you choose to clear the Payment History file during fiscal closing or when funds are out of balance.

To enable this option, select the Fund Activity report shows YTD appro history menu option and select "YES".
