Patron History Reports
Patron history reports show transactions involving a specific patron during a specified time period , such as the financial transactions, hold requests, and check outs. For general information on history reports, see Create a history report.
To protect patron privacy, SimplyReports has the following safeguards: the transaction results are limited to a period of no more than 95 days; the report parameters cannot be saved; and the ad-hoc report files are not written to the disc on the servers. In addition, access to these subtabs can be limited through permissions.
Note:
The Patron history reports subtab is not available if your administrator has disabled history reports or you do not have permission to access the subtab.
