Patron Statistical Reports

You can extract data on patron-related library transactions from the PolarisTransactions database and create reports to analyze patrons’ library use, staff activity, and patrons’ use of interlibrary services. For example, you can see statistics on patron usage for features such as Text it or E-sources in the Polaris PowerPAC. Important: To gather transaction data used in SimplyReports statistical reports, Polaris must be set up to log the appropriate transactions. For every type of transaction you want to include in a statistical report, transaction logging must be set to Yes in the Transaction Logging database table in Polaris Administration.
