Managing Collection Agency Services

Your library may contract with a collection agency to encourage patrons to pay their fines or return borrowed items. Delinquent accounts are reported to the collection agency automatically, and the patron records automatically updated, according to settings you make in Polaris Administration.

Innovative Interfaces charges a modest annual site license fee to use the collection agency interface in Polaris. Contact your Site Manager at Innovative Interfaces for additional information.
