View, Edit, or Delete a Weeding Template
You can use Leap to manage your weeding process, starting with a weeding template.
View a Weeding Template
To get to the Weeding Template workform

Find the weeding template you want to edit and open it in the Weeding Template workform.
You can use the Weeding Template workform to manage the weeding details, add criteria, and delete criteria.
To view, edit, or delete a weeding template, you need the following permissions:
Weeding templates: Access, Delete, Modify
Edit Weeding Details

View the Weeding Template workform.

Edit information in the Details fields as described in Create a Weeding Template.

Select SAVE.
Edit a Discard Amount
To edit a discard amount

View the Weeding Template workform.

Select Discard Amount.

Select a Source:

None – Leap leaves discard amount empty. This is the default.

Item Record Price – let Leap calculate the discard amount based on the price associated with the item record.

Template – set a discard amount based on the item language field in the item record.

To edit a row in the template table, Select + ADD.
A template for Language and Amount appears. -
Select a Language that is already in the table and assign an Amount for items published in the selected language.

Select OK.
The new row overwrites the original row with the same language in the template table below. -
To delete a row, select the checkbox beside that row and select DELETE.

Select SAVE.
Delete a Weeding Template

Delete all weeding record sets linked to the weeding template.

View the Weeding Template workform.

Select the Actions menu

Select Delete.
The Delete Weeding Template dialog opens
Select Continue.
If a weeding record set still uses this template, you cannot delete it.
Next, create a weeding record set. See Create an Empty Record Set.
