Decide what Weeding Process to Use
After staff create a weeding record set, they can send the weeding record set for one or two rounds of approval, depending on your library's preferred process.

Two rounds of approval — Use Submit for Review if you want weeding record sets to go through two levels of approval.

Use Submit for Review as the first round of approval. This changes the status of the record set to In Review and the record set moves to the Approval Dashboard.

The reviewer uses the approval dashboard to approve or decline the weeding record set. Approval changes the status of the record set from In Review to Approval Requested.

The approver uses the approval dashboard or the weeding record set workform to approve or decline the weeding record set. Approval changes the status of the record set from Approval Requested to Approved.
