View Bibliographic Bulk Change Report or Delete a Job

After you use Leap to change the Non-MARC, Leader, and MARC tag information on several bibliographic records at once, Leap starts the bibliographic bulk change job. For more information, see Bulk Change Bibliographic Records.

The Bibliographic Bulk Change view of the Background Processing page displays information about pending and completed bibliographic record bulk change jobs. On the Bibliographic Bulk Change view, you can view the bibliographic bulk change report for a job, or delete a bulk change job.

To view the bibliographic bulk change report for a job

• Select the job's row in the table.

The Bibliographic Bulk Change report PDF opens.

To delete a pending or completed bulk change job

1. Select the checkbox beside the job you want to delete.

2. Select Delete.

   Note:
   When a job is running, you cannot cancel or delete it. If you delete a pending job, Leap does not process the bulk changes. After a job is deleted, you cannot run reports on that bulk change job.

3. Select YES in the confirmation dialog.

   Leap deletes the Bibliographic Bulk Change job.
