Viewing and Modifying Patron Notes

The patron Notes view displays existing non blocking notes and blocking notes. You can add notes, edit existing notes, and delete notes from this view.

To see patron notes, select More | Notes on the Patron Record workform. If the NOTES button is yellow, the patron record contains notes. You can click the information icon to see the note creator and the date and time the note was added or updated.
