Troubleshooting Guide for Printing

The following table describes error messages and possible printing problems you might encounter along with suggested solutions.

Problem/Error Message	Solution
No printers are available message	Assign printers to your Innovative login. See Administering Basic Info for more information.
"Fuzzy" print image for local printing	Force your Sierra session to print in text format; see Choosing a Local Printer.
Diacritics do not print	Contact Innovative.
