PIN Reset Email Notification Form

This form controls the display of the PIN Reset Email Notification form. If this file exists, the system uses it rather than the default display. This form supports the following token:

Token Description
<!--{pinresetlink}--> The system replaces this token with the system-generated link to the Reset a PIN form (pinreset.html).

If this form is not customized, the system uses the following default:

The library received a request to allow 
you to reset your Personal Identification Number (PIN) used to log in. If you 
did not place that request, please ignore this message. Your PIN has not changed. 
Otherwise, please click the link below to choose a new PIN.

This link  is valid for 3 hours from the time of your request

You can create separate custom forms for each combination of language, scope, and patron type by using the following naming convention:

pinreset_email_LANG_s#_p#.html

The elements of this filename are:

LANG The language code (spi for Spanish, frc for French, etc.).
s# The number of the scope (s1, s2, s3, etc.).
p# The patron type or PTYPE (p0, p243, etc.).
