Pull Slips
Pull-slips are printed one per page on regular 8 1/2" x 11" paper. For each pull slip, the system prints the following fields.
From the bibliographic record:
- record number
- call number
- note
- title
- author
From the checkin record:
- record number
- selected variable-length fields
- location(s) in checkin record
- note
- copies and locations to pull
- volume/issue numbering, cover dates, and notes for all issues selected. Note keyed when pull slip requested.
NOTE
Contact Innovative to change which variable-length fields from checkin records print on your pull slips.
The pull slip note also prints on the pull slip.
An item's status appears in the Notes column of the pull-slip as one of the following single-character codes:
E - EXPECTED
A - ARRIVED
P - PARTIAL
M - MISSING
B - BOUND
T - TO BIND
S - BND PRP (for items in the binding preparation area)
R - REMOVED
N - NULL.
