Preparing the Content for Customizable Files
Innovative provides a complete example WebPAC site in the staging/screens directory. Updated example sets are posted on CSDirect as they become available.
Innovative recommends that you review these files, especially the comments in the HTML code, before creating or revising your WebPAC.
Note that for some Customizable Web Forms, the WebPAC example set includes both the standard example file and an alternate version customized to support a particular configuration. For example, many example sets contain the files payform.html and payform_LINKED.html, where the payform_LINKED.html file is a version of payform.html intended for use with Ecommerce with Hosted Checkout Pages. WebPAC will not recognize the alternate version as it is named in the example set, so if you want to use the code in payform_LINKED.html, you must rename it payform.html.
If you have questions regarding a file in an example set that is not documented in the Sierra WebHelp, contact Customer Service for more information.

You can either:
- use the example files in the staging/screens directory with minor customization.
- create your own files.
Minor customization requires creating the content specific to your organization, such as branch hours and logos.
Innovative recommends that you:
- ensure your content complies with the current HTML standard.
- create, review, or refer to a style guide such as the New York Public Library style guide.
