Transposing Images

You can transpose (flip) images horizontally or vertically using the Transpose menu option. Follow these steps to transpose an image.

1. Retrieve a bibliographic record.
2. Choose Go | Media.
3. In the Media Manager window, click once on the name of the image file you want to transpose. The image will appear in the Display panel.
4. Choose Tools | Image | Transpose. Sierra offers you a submenu with two options, Horizontal and Vertical.
5. Choose the Horizontal submenu option to transpose the image horizontally on the vertical axis. Alternatively, choose the Vertical submenu option to transpose the image vertically on the horizontal axis.
6. Choose OK to apply your changes to the image.
7. Choose the Save button in the toolbar to save your changes to the image.
