Changing FTP Passwords in Web Master

To change your FTP passwords in the Web Master function, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the live/screens directory from the drop-down list.
  2. The system displays the following icons for the FTP password:

    Live Pass Live directory FTP password
    Stg. Pass Staging directory FTP password

    Choose the password to change by clicking the Live Pass or Stg. Pass icon.

If the Live Pass and Stg. Pass icons are not responsive, Innovative might need to reset your FTP passwords. Contact Innovative for assistance.
  1. The system prompts for a new password. Enter the new password and click the Start button.
