Printing Mailing Labels

If your library has the Holds Mailing Labels feature enabled and has been designated as a "Mailing Location," you must print mailing labels when you check in certain items that have been designated for mailing. Before you can print labels, you must select both a standard and a label printer (see Choosing a Printer). Sierra uses your label printer to create the mailing labels for items that you ship to patrons. Sierra uses the standard printer to handle all other print jobs.
