Viewing Review File Attributes

To view a review file's attributes:

1. Choose Create Lists from the Function list.
2. Select a review file in the Review Files tab.
3. Choose the Show Info button. Create Lists opens a window containing a summary of the following information:
   • the type of records stored in the review file
   • the range of records or review file from which the review file was generated
   • the search criteria used to create the review file
   • the fields on which the review file is currently sorted

4. Choose OK to close the window and return to the Review Files tab.
