Possible Messages (Printing Circulation Notices with Print Templates)
This section describes some of the messages that might display when you print circulation notices with print templates.
- The <name> template family is associated with at least one saved notice job. If you rename this template family, all saved notice jobs associated with this template will be updated with the new name.
- When you rename a template family, the original template family name is replaced with the new name everywhere this template family is saved as part of a notices job; e.g., in the Template column of the Saved Notices table.
- A template with the same attributes already exists in template family <name>.
- When you attempt to import a template to a template family and you specify attributes identical to those of another template within that template family, the system is unable to complete the import. To successfully import a template, you must specify attributes that are unique within the chosen template family.
- Template family <name> is associated with a saved notice job. Do you really want to delete this template?
- If you delete a template in a template family that is associated with one or more saved notices jobs, the system is unable to use that template to send notices prepared (automatically or manually) using the saved notices job(s). Deleting this template might affect the patrons for whom the template was created.
