Possible Messages (Delivering ARTEmail Documents to the Patron)
This section describes some of the messages you might see when you attempt to acquire or reacquire ILL requests using the ARTEmail Direct Document Delivery feature.
- Request was unsuccessful. Invalid address in patron record <record number>
- The system found one of the following:
- No name exists in the patron record.
- No address exists in the patron record.
- The combined length of the patron name and the address field is longer than the five-line maximum enabled by the ARTEmail Direct Document Delivery feature.
- Request was unsuccessful. No email address in patron record <record number>
- The requesting patron does not have an email address in the EMAIL ADDR variable-length field of the patron record.
