Possible Messages (Cancelling ILL Requests)
This section describes some of the messages you might see when you attempt to cancel ILL requests.
- Cancellation message successfully queued.
- The system has queued the hold cancellation notice for later printing.
- Failed to cancel the request with the British Library.
- (BLDSS only) ILL was unable to cancel the request with the British Library. This message can occur when you try to cancel a request that has already been ordered. See Acquiring ILL Items via BLDSS for more information.
- Request successfully removed from borrower's record.
- The request has been deleted from the patron record.
- The operation was cancelled.
- You chose the Cancel button. ILL exited the dialog without cancelling the request.
- The request was successfully cancelled.
- ILL has moved the request to the cancelled requests file.
- You must select an ILL message before you can continue.
- You must compose a message or select an ILL cancellation notice before you select the Finish button.
